Scope and Contents: This subseries consists mainly of wills and bequests of individuals, including Michael Kelly, who left money or property to the Fanny Allen Hospital. Also included are a small number of legal  files, including the 1894 Process Verbal and Decree between Bishop Michaud and the R.h.s.j... The legal  files included in this series range from lawsuits the hospital has been involved in, disciplinary actions levied on staff members, and correspondence with the Hospital’s attorneys.
