Scope and Contents: The collection is divided into eight small series that are arranged chronologically.  Since the function of the corporation is mostly of a financial and legal nature, most of the materials are legal and financial.  The series include accounting documents, contracts and leases between the corporation and various parties, correspondence, some financial reports from 1923 to 1982, general ledgers from 1935-45 and from 1983, 1984, legal documents, minutes of the corporation and property records.  Missing financial reports are available in the records of the Treasurer General.  The accounting documents, which make up a large portion of the record group, are essentially simple financial reports that were drawn up by an auditor.  They may not be the same as audited reports.  The financial reports may or may not contain the same information, but they have been retained separately..
