This subseries contains files relating to the property owned and maintained by the Religious Hospitallers in Winooski Park (later known as Winooski and then Colchester). It consists of deeds, legal documentation of the transfer of property to and from the RHSJs, correspondence, property appraisals and reports, and blueprints.

Notes Blueprints and other documentation relating to the current Fletcher Allen Hospital, Fanny Allen campus are held by the current owners of the property.
