Scope and Contents: This subseries consists of board minutes, annual reports and financial documents of the Bishop DeGoesbriand Hospital. Along with minutes of the chairman’s committee and medical board, there are also meeting minutes and reports from various hospital departments and committees, and, after 1966, from the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont. The annual reports include financial information and reports on hospital services including numbers of patients admitted, treatments administered, deaths, laboratory statistics, and annual reports, including statistics, to the American Medical Association. Financial documents report on loans and hospital revenues and expenditures and correspondence.
