Records Relating to Audit Committee (2000-  ) | Saint Michael's College Archives & Special Collections

The audit committee held its first meeting on January 24, 2000.  The committee, made up of three members, including the Treasurer General as chair and two other members, was charged with recommending the auditors, discussing the scope of thaudit and okaying any special arrangements.  The committee was also charged with reviewing the auditor’s statements and the conduct of the audit and making advisory comments. The Superior General of the Society appoints the committee members.  The series consists of minutes of meetings.
