Collection Historical Note
The Evangelization Committee was a short-lived committee with a specific task. Superior General Joseph Hart convened the commiittee to discuss and think freely about the role evangelization would play in the future of the community. At the October, 1993 meeting of the committee, they agreed that their deliberations should be stated in terms of "A Compelling Vision for the Future." The committee met and deliberated on a specific set of questions set forth by Hart.
